After enjoying the Korean hotpot and Korean fried chicken, customer may use the soup left in the pot to make fried rice and instant noodles.

Okay the instant noodle I understand, but how do they make fried rice with the soup?

We can put two spoons of the soup (from the original hotpot), rice, corns, ham and seaweed into a new empty pot. Keep heating the new empty pot while stirring the rice and other stuff until everything in the pot absorbs the soup and dries out.
